This intuitive full colour IP-based videoconferencing system allows you to see and hear your friends as you chat with them. ICUII comes complete with a handy a Quick Message function that can send audio, text, and/or a video image to any user on the directory, or to your Pal list.
Other tools within the program include visual caller ID, a 'do not disturb' option, a buddy list, picture e-mail, user profiles with pictures, a 320x240-pixel viewing screen, content filters, and global listings, and Instant Message forwarding of new and saved Instant messages.
Home and office routers and intranets can use ICUII on all machines. PAL authorization that lets you decide who adds you to their pal list and lets you remove yourself from unwanted pals. ICUII has all in one instant messaging from the four most popular programs: AIM, ICQ, MSN, and, Yahoo!

What Pros? Oh, yeah, very pretty and nice looking. That is about it.

Price. Bugs aplenty. Some of the worst customer service in existence. Web site "help" is confusing at best and terribly incomplete. Clumsy, bug-ridden, way-too-expensive program. Danger. Product causes the CPU usage to go from a normal 5% to about 99% when I open it. This causes my computer to overheat and slows everything down. Other users of this version have told me it does the same to their computers too. Description of how to use various features seems to be not readily available. Using chat during a 1 on 1 video encounter is prohibitive to me for some reason and I PAID for a subscription. Clicking as told does NOT let me chat with other person(s) in video link-up. The help index is not very helpful for a novice computer user like myself. There are a bit too many windows to toggle through. Although I would use more buttons and less frames and windows, it is only a matter of opinion. Bottom line. Too expensive, too clumsy, too slow, too pretty but not very functional.
